A Note From Our Founder
Story Behind the Scene
I never knew when my humble career began; it just started happening when I was in school in the 8th class. I used to visit my dad's Ahuja’s Tailors and Drapers showroom in Kamla Nagar, just out of curiosity to see what and how things were being done. With so many staff around the showroom and workshop, where the tailors used to work, I used to receive a lot of respect and pampering.
Unknowingly, I was learning the techniques of tailoring workmanship and salesmanship simultaneously. Of course, the humble and generous behavior of my father towards various classes of people—from different backgrounds, including customers, celebrities, politicians, and intellectuals—and the way he dealt with them in a dignified manner, greatly influenced me. This is where I developed the thought of becoming like my father and tried to follow in his footsteps.
The amount of respect he received from all such people was truly remarkable, and they all valued his words. He is my real mentor and hero even today, and I miss him a lot. I often feel that if he could see from above, he would be proud that his son is bearing the fruits of the seeds he had planted in me.
I worked there full-time from 1991 till 2000, and during that period, I was fortunate to have conversations with many famous and respected dignitaries and celebrities of our society. This experience during my learning phase helped shape me and continues to guide me even today.
Then, in the year 2000, I started my own manufacturing unit of co-extruded multilayer films for flexible packaging, made from polymers and different types of granules, according to the requirements of the jobs we undertake. It is from here that my career never looked back.
With the teachings, values, and blessings of my respected father, I have continued to move forward with dedication and commitment, carrying his legacy ahead.
